Iran to host photo exhibit themed on peace, childern, World Cup

Iran is set to host a photo exhibition themed on ‘Peace, Child and the World Cup’, aimed at highlighting the importance of friendship and peace among children.

According to a media report, the photo exhibit mounted by Gouya House of Culture and Art in Tehran supported by Iran Football Federation and some advocacy groups.

A film director also said to media that proceeds from the event will be allocated to Iranian children with rare disease.

‘Peace, Child and the World Cup’ photo exhibition will be held in January 2018 at the main office for Gouya House of Culture and Art.

The event aims to promote peace and friendship among children, Elham Gharekhani also said.

Iran men's national football team has secured its spot in the 2018 World Cup soccer tournament.
